How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and on the region/country delivery is to. You can put items in your shopping cart and from the cart, enter your country/zip code in the shipping estimator to check how much it will cost. We charge shipping based on the charges which are incurred by ourselves. International customers may be charged duties and taxes in addition to the shipping charges. These fees are based on the laws of import for your particular county, it is not a fee charged by us, the seller.

 

How quickly are items shipped?

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped the same business day using whatever method you have selected, if you place the order before 12pm ET. Standard shipping is usually shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipment notification when your order has been sent, with details of approximate delivery times.

*On occasion items may be a pre-order. This means they are not yet in in stock. Those items will have a ship date on the product page.


What if my order says delivered, but it’s not here?

Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct. Check the tracking and see if it was delivered to a mailbox or individual. Check with any neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. 

On occasion USPS will mark a package as delivered when it has not been. Wait 24 hours and then contact customer service to let us know of your issue. 



How do I request a return or exchange?

Email support@strengthshopusa.com requesting the returns form. Mail your item back to our warehouse using any company you prefer. Once the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund to the account used for purchase. If you are wanting another size we suggest placing a new order. 

If you return a lever belt without the lever, full retail price of the lever will be deducted from your refund. The discounted price of the levers is only available with the purchase of a belt.

 

How do I claim my warranty?

Send an email with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue you are having to support@strengthshopusa.com.

Proof of purchase can be the original order number, or name on the original order. 

*The lever lifetime warranty does not cover cosmetic damage.

*We do not warranty items purchased on third party websites.

 

What is the difference between the 10mm Lever belt and the 13mm Lever belt?

The difference is the thickness of the belt. The 10mm belt is 10mm thick and the 13mm is a little bit thicker at 13mm. The 10mm is a bit more flexible, comfortable, and takes less time to break in. The 13mm belt is a thicker, more rigid belt. 



How do I install my lever?

Remove the two screws from the lever. Place the buckle on the outside of the belt at the correct holes. The prong end faces the end of the belt. Place the backing plate on the other side of the belt. Line up the screw holes and install the screws. To adjust tightness, remove screws, move lever and replace screws. 



My buckle pops open, why?

The levers are a friction lock, they need to have plenty of force behind them to keep them closed. When the belt isn't quite tight enough the buckle won't stay "locked". The lever will not stay closed without force behind it.Â
